The woman’s arrest followed an unusual incident that involved her sister, speeding and drunk driving. Allegedly, the 23-year-old woman was speeding up and down the same road when her sister jumped on the hood of the vehicle. Apparently, she should not have been driving in the first place because her license was already suspended from a previous DUI.
